By accessing or using ForkReel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ForkReel. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@forkreel.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on ForkReel (videos, reviews, comments). By posting, you grant ForkReel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory.
• Contains spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial promotions.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

4. ForkPass Membership

ForkPass is a paid membership that provides access to exclusive deals and features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support@forkreel.app.

5. Restaurant Partners

Deals and offers displayed on ForkReel are provided by restaurant partners. ForkReel is not responsible for the availability, quality, or fulfillment of any deal. Contact the restaurant directly for offer-related disputes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
• Impersonating another user, restaurant, or ForkReel staff.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

ForkReel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Restaurant information (hours, menus, availability) may not always be current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForkReel and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ForkReel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
